A clear quote sent fast and followed up closes more than a perfect one that arrives late. Here is how in Alpichel.

How to write quotes your clients accept

1. Build the quote in minutes

In More → Quotes tap New. Enter the client name and WhatsApp, search your services or add free lines, and set a short validity (7 to 15 days) to create urgency.

2. Send it by WhatsApp the same day

Tap “Send to client”: they get a summary with the total and a link to the full quote, which they can download as PDF and accept in one tap.

3. Follow up and convert

Check the Open tab every morning and message those who have not replied. When they accept, turn it into an order and charge the deposit or the total.
