How to set prices that actually make money
Many businesses copy competitors' prices and work hard to earn little. Here is how to price with numbers.
1. Know your real cost
Record each product's cost in Alpichel and estimate service costs: materials, staff time and a share of rent and utilities.
2. Set a margin and compare
Add your margin to the cost and compare with local prices. Way above? Review costs. Below? You can probably raise prices.
3. Raise the average ticket
Create bundles, premium services and subscriptions. Check reports for items bought together and build packages with a small discount.
