Pickup ticket: hand over only to the right person
When you receive the clothes, the car or the order, print a ticket with a QR and a code. At pickup you scan it and instantly know whether it is valid or already used.
A receipt that cannot be faked
Each ticket has a unique code and a QR. Scanning it with any phone shows "Valid receipt" with your business name, the order number and its status. A made-up ticket does not pass.
Nobody picks up twice
When you hand over, who and when is recorded. If someone comes back with the same ticket, the QR says "This receipt was already used", with the date and the person who delivered.
Paid or not, always in order
Ready orders wait until you tap "Deliver", even if already paid. If payment is missing, alpichel reminds you before the hand-over. You can also find the order by typing its code in the Queue.
